Mercy Care understands your concerns and that you might have questions.   

First, call your primary care provider if you are feeling sick – it’s very likely that they can resolve your question over the phone, or with a remote visit.    

If you had a routine visit already scheduled with your provider, it is likely that they will re-schedule that visit until the COVID-19 emergency status has been lifted. Call your provider to confirm whether your appointment has been cancelled.      

Your primary care provider may be able to coordinate home monitoring if you require it. Ask them when you call.  

Your pharmacy may be able to deliver your prescriptions to your home.  If your pharmacy does not deliver, we have a list of pharmacies that can. Click here for the list.  

If your provider doesn’t offer remote visits or phone consultation as an option, we have a number of other practices that can take your call. We have practices who can help with a wide variety of member health concerns, from pediatrics to behavioral health care and counseling.  

Mercy Care also has provider practices that are able to provide urgent care in your home, once you’ve answered some pre-screening questions. Contact them using the information below.

Mercy Care understands that we’re living with a lot of uncertainlty during the COVID-19 emergency. You may find that you may need to see a behavioral health provider during this time.   

If your behavioral health provider doesn’t offer remote visits or phone consultation as an option, we have a number of other provider practices that can help you.

Getting started 

  1. Use the top dropdown arrow to select Mercy Care RBHA as your plan to find a behavioral health provider that is offering virtual visits.   

  2. Fill in the ZIP code you want. If you don’t know the ZIP code, click the box that says, “Do not know the ZIP code?” and fill in the blank for the county you want to search. 
     
  3. If you’re looking for a specific provider or facility, fill in that blank with the name. Click ‘Search.” 

  4. If you are looking for a type of provider or facilityclick the dropdown arrow next to “Select a Specialty” in the Specialty box. Select the box next to “Behavioral Health Centers/Services” and then click “Search.”  

 

Your search results 

Depending on your search criteria and which providers or facilities are in the Mercy Care network, you’ll get results from your search, or you’ll get a message saying no providers were found. If you get “No providers match your search,” you can search again using different criteria. You can also call Mercy Care Member Services at 602-263-3000 or 1-800-624-3879 or Mercy Care RBHA Member Services at 602-586-1841 or 1-800-564-5465; (TTY/TDD) 711 

If you get search results back, you can also refine your search using the options on the left side of the search results screen. Scroll all the way down to Special Training/Experience, click the dropdown arrow, and then scroll down to the “Telemedicine” option. Click the box next to “Telemedicine.” Your search results will appear.  

What to do next 

Contact the provider directly to make an appointment. Tell them you want to schedule a virtual visit. Follow the office’s instructions.  

Saving your search results 

At the very top of the search results listing (where it says “Page 1 of xx”), on the right side of that box, you’ll see an option to print the results or to email the results.   

Print: If you click the print icon (the gray and purple), the search results will open as a .pdf file. Follow the document prompts to print. 

Email: If you click the email icon (the gray and green), a window will open. Type in your email address to the blank space and click “Send.” Your results will be emailed with a .pdf attachment to the address you provide
