Developmental Disabilities Forum for Members, Families and Community Stakeholders
Join us and connect with our team of developmental disabilities experts. You are invited to meet our team and learn about DD services offered by Mercy Care. Our DD liasons and Office of Individual and Family Affairs (OIFA) will be there to talk about finding the right care. You can learn about getting support for you and your family. We'd also like to hear your ideas about how to improve the system of care.
Enjoy light snacks and meet other families. Any language assistance is available if needed, Spanish interpretation will be provided. There's no cost to attend.
If you have questions or want to register, call Erneshia Pinder. You can reach her at 602-453-8409 or erneshia.pinder@MercyCareAZ.org.
